Hours and Rates
Rolfing is traditionally done in a series of 10 sessions. If you are curious about the work but aren’t sure if you want to commit to a whole series, it is recommended that you try the first three sessions. This will give you a sense of the cumulative effects of the work. Thus, you can determine whether you want to continue into the deeper sessions. Also, there is no charge for a half hour initial consultation.
I work by appointment, usually Monday through Friday. Evening appointments are available.
