Rolfing is traditionally done in a series of 10 sessions. If you are curious about the work but aren’t sure if you want to commit to a whole series, it is recommended that you try the first or the first three sessions. The first session will introduce you to the work and the practitioner. Receiving the first three sessions will give you a sense of the cumulative effects of the work. Thus, you can determine whether you want to continue into the deeper sessions.
I work by appointment, usually Monday through Friday.
